You can permanently delete your Solantis account and associated data at any time:
In the app (recommended):
• Open Solantis and sign in
• Go to Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account
• Confirm — your account and the data you own are permanently removed
By email:
If you can no longer access the app, email privacy@solantis.health from your account's email address and we will process the deletion for you.
Deleting your account permanently removes:
• Your account profile (name, email, phone)
• Care recipients you own and their records — medications, dose logs, vitals, allergies, hospital visits, and health-timeline events
• Documents and photos you uploaded
• Chat messages you sent and your care-team memberships
We retain only the minimum data required by law (for example, records needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal/regulatory compliance), as described in our Privacy Policy. Retained data is not used for any other purpose and is removed once it is no longer legally required.
Deletion requests are processed promptly and completed within 30 days.
